. Introduction

This specification applies to 60mm size encoder (incremental type) for microscopic current

circuits used in electronic equipment.
 

Unless otherwise specified , the standard range of atmospheric conditions For making

measurements and test is as following limits:

Ambient temperature : 15ºC to 35ºC

Relative humidity : 25 % to 85%

Air pressure : 86 kPa to 106 kPa

1-3 Operating temperature range :- 10 ºC to +70 ºC

1-4 Storage temperature range :- 20 ºC to +85 ºC

II. Knob appearance parts:
1) Outer ring aluminum alloy, anodic oxidation process, meet the general standard of customer pole oxidation parts;
2) Aluminum alloy outer ring of the product, its palpable surface is not allowed to have particles, water ripples, stains and other defects, in accordance with the actual sample agreed by both parties
Product is the standard.
2. Knob glass hardness: toughened glass, meet our scratch resistance standard.
3. Knob glass screen printing:
Off state, good concealment, display area and edge ink area color difference with the naked eye more difficult to distinguish;
Under the boot state, screen printing and background black can achieve consistency, the color difference between the display area and the edge ink area is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye;
The above two points are subject to the actual sample and the upper and lower limit samples.
